The Fitness & Nutrition Bundle allows the client to receive one on one guidance. The client will learn about the importance of nutritional intake, and the foods the client chooses. In this plan, the client will receive:
Educating clients on how to read a Nutrition label, and what the preferred foods to eat to help in the areas of health and fitness. Guidance and revisions will be made throughout the process to ensure the clients needs are being met. (
All Nutrition plans are focused on the client's need. Not all nutrition information will be the same for everyone.
If you are being referred by doctor, please bring your information at the first initial visit.
Assessment- will be taken the first initial visit. (This gives a starting point; what the client can do and cannot)
Measurements- this shows client the progress that is made throughout the months.
Progress Picture: first day (front, side, back) this help the client visually see their progress.
Weekly Check-ins (Monday- update on progress or answer any questions the client may have.
Fitness Coach makes assessments on what client can and cannot do. As a fitness coach, I will design an exercise that will meet the clients needs.
Assessment will be made on the first initial visit. If you are referred from a doctor, please bring referral to the consultation.
